- Lead all site IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Act as the primary IT business partner to senior leadership

Requirements
- Experience in an IT Manager, Senior IT Engineer, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, and cybersecurity
- Experience supporting business systems such as ERP, CRM, and other applications
- Ability to manage IT projects and work with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
- IT certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, or PRINCE2 are desirable but not essential
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related subject is desirable but not essential

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing business in Westbury to appoint a hands-on IT Manager for a standalone IT leadership role. This is a hybrid position working 37.5 hours per week, with 2 days from home and 3 days on site, plus flexible hours.
