Job description

  • Lead all site IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
  • Act as the primary IT business partner to senior leadership
  • Deliver IT and digital transformation projects end to end
  • Manage ERP systems, business applications, and cloud services
  • Support and develop the IT support function
  • Drive automation, AI, and efficiency initiatives
  • Manage IT security, compliance, and governance standards
  • Own the IT budget and supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with operations teams to improve systems and performance

Requirements

  • Experience in an IT Manager, Senior IT Engineer, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud, and cybersecurity
  • Experience supporting business systems such as ERP, CRM, and other applications
  • Ability to manage IT projects and work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • IT certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, or PRINCE2 are desirable but not essential
  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related subject is desirable but not essential

Benefits & conditions

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing business in Westbury to appoint a hands-on IT Manager for a standalone IT leadership role. This is a hybrid position working 37.5 hours per week, with 2 days from home and 3 days on site, plus flexible hours.
