Job description

  • Design and implement robust campaign measurement frameworks across CRM channels including email, app, direct mail, and vouchers
  • Build and maintain control groups to accurately measure incremental uplift and campaign effectiveness
  • Define key performance metrics aligned to business objectives across multiple business areas
  • Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate campaign performance and customer behaviour
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to improve future campaign targeting and effectiveness
  • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, digital, and wider business teams to support decision-making
  • Work across both online and offline channels, contributing to a holistic view of customer engagement

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience in marketing measurement and campaign analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets
  • Experience communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and impactful way
  • Experience with Python or similar analytical tools is advantageous
