Working across two sites in Mallusk and Belfast, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient stores operations and ensuring stock accuracy to support site performance and customer requirements., Reporting to the Site Lead, the Stores Technician will support the day-to-day operations of the stores function across two locations. This role combines practical warehouse responsibilities with stock control, inventory management, and administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
You will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, supporting site-specific requirements, and ensuring stores activities are completed safely and effectively., Receive and process goods inwards and outwards Conduct stock control activities, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems Deliver day-to-day stores operations across both sites Support agreed performance metrics and site benchmarking objectives Process customer and site-specific requests in line with contractual agreements Order consumables and materials as required Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders Support engineers with parts and inventory-related queries Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures Complete general administrative tasks associated with stores operations Assist with ad hoc operational duties as required

Please note: Due to travel between the Mallusk and Belfast sites, applicants must have access to their own transport. Prior stores, warehouse, or inventory experience is essential., Essential Criteria
Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, inventory, or stock control role
Experience with stock management and inventory control processes
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of Health & Safety within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident dealing with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Fluent English, both written and spoken Access to own transport to travel between Belfast and Mallusk sites
Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn new skills
Permanent right to work in the UK with no sponsorship requirements
Desirable Criteria
Procurement experience
Experience using SAP, Ariba, or similar ERP/warehouse management systems
Knowledge of mechanical, electro-mechanical, or spare parts
Previous cycle counting experience
Experience within manufacturing, food & beverage, engineering, or industrial environments
Ability to support engineering-related stock and parts queries

Annual bonus of £500
