Job description

  • Provide 3rd line technical support and act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
  • Design, implement, and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Manage hybrid cloud environments, networking, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Support security technologies including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and Conditional Access.
  • Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and modern management tools.
  • Deliver proactive service improvements and infrastructure optimisation.
  • Work closely with Service Desk, Projects, and Consultancy teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
  • Produce technical documentation and support client onboarding projects.

Requirements

  • Experience with a number of the following technologies: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Microsoft Entra ID / Hybrid Identity, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Cisco Meraki networking, Veeam Backup & Replication, Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
