Job description
- Provide desk-based, remote and on-site technical support across multiple locations.
- Support technology deployments for new and existing sites.
- Resolve escalated Service Desk tickets and 2nd line technical issues.
- Manage hardware fulfilment, including installations, upgrades and replacements.
- Assist with site decommissioning projects.
- Deliver support to users across a geographically dispersed organisation.
- Travel throughout the North East region from Newcastle to Leicester, with occasional flexibility to support business requirements.

Requirements
- Experience in IT Service Desk and/or 2nd Line Support.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Teams Telephony.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Meraki networking.
- Experience with legacy technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory and Cisco networking.
- Experience providing remote telephone support and customer service.
- Experience with incident, request and problem management within an IT Service Management environment.
- Desirable: IT-related qualifications such as BTEC, A Level, HNC or equivalent.
- Desirable: ITIL v4 Foundation.
- Desirable: Microsoft certifications such as Azure Fundamentals or equivalent.
