Job description
- Design, build, test, and support AI-enabled automation, workflow, and low-code solutions across the business
- Develop AI-assisted use cases such as content generation, summarisation, classification, decision support, and workflow augmentation
- Configure and support AI agents and AI-enabled workflows within defined architectural and governance standards
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and working solutions
- Develop and support workflows using approved platforms such as Power Automate, K Rise, and Microsoft 365 services
- Build intuitive, user-friendly PowerApps to replace or enhance manual processes
- Apply reusable templates, patterns, and components to ensure consistency and accelerate delivery
- Test AI, workflow, and automation solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and usability
- Monitor solutions after deployment, identify defects, and implement enhancements
- Provide level 2/3 support for AI and automation solutions, working with IT Operations as required
- Support workshops, requirement gathering, and solution walkthroughs
- Assist in measuring outcomes such as time saved, adoption, and process improvement
- Build solutions in line with platform standards, security controls, and data governance policies
- Follow deployment, versioning, and documentation practices
- Escalate risks or non-standard requirements to the AI & Automation Platform Manager
- Stay current with evolving AI, Power Platform, and workflow capabilities

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a functional or business analyst role with exposure to system design and implementation
- Practical experience delivering workflow, automation, and integration solutions
- Demonstrated experience with workflow and low-code platforms such as PowerApps, Power Automate, K Rise, SharePoint, or Oracle Orchestrator
- Understanding of APIs, data integration, and system connectivity principles
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to evolving technologies
- Understanding of UX and design principles for user-friendly solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
- Good business and technology acumen within a commercial environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work calmly under pressure
- Proactive, self-motivated mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline is desirable but not essential
