Product Owner

• Identify, validate, and prioritize solution opportunities, features, and capabilities through direct input with the user community, business, and technical partners.
• Gather requirements and definition of done criteria for prioritized initiatives through engagement with stakeholders, product, design, and tech partners.
• Document and present recommendations, delivery progress, and maintain roadmaps for active initiatives.
• Partner with business to define features.
• Partner with engineering to refine features.

• At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile processes.
• Ability to leverage domain knowledge to recommend solution approaches and validate technical plans.
• End-to-end understanding of the product and how it fits into the larger ecosystem to anticipate impacts from changes in other parts of the business.
• Strong and proactive communication skills.

Our client seeks a Product Owner to translate user and stakeholder needs into clear features and delivery plans. The role will engage with business, design, and engineering partners to define requirements, maintain roadmaps, and communicate progress. The Product Owner will validate opportunities, prioritize work, and ensure successful outcomes through Agile practices.

Rate: $55.00 to $60.00/hr. w2, Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
