Job description
Configure, code, test and implement technology systems supporting the roadmap as determined by the Product Owner/Product Manager. Work closely with cross functional team members to ensure solutions are implemented using an Agile mindset and support consistent incremental delivery of a Minimum Viable Product. Provide operational support to troubleshoot, identify root cause and resolve product issues.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Work to understand the business processes supported by technology systems ; understand, create, and maintain business process flow diagrams (MS Visio)
- Configure/code technology systems and ensure appropriate system integration with dependent solutions; create functional specifications when handing off to other technology resources for development; work with technology resources to ensure technical specifications are accurate and support the functional specifications; ensure all configuration, development and integrations are thoroughly tested and ready for deployment ; create/maintain test scripts to support testing .
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Product Manager and other SME's to identify, create, and maintain business documentation using full suite of MS tools.
- Support the maintenance and upgrade of existing technology systems.
- Work with external vendors and product support analysts to troubleshoot system issues and provide resolution ; update and manage production support tickets in accordance with SLAs; identify opportunities for improvement (system or process); mentor and support the BAAs empowering them to resolve production issues .
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
We integrity, teamwork, accountability, adaptability, and communication in all we do and expect from all team members., * Bachelor's degree in Business/IT/Computer Science or related field OR a combination of education plus equivalent level work experience.
- 2+ years experience in technology and software development processes
- 2+ years configuring/developing Salesforce (Commerce a plus) to meet business user requirements
- 2+ years experience in supporting business applications.
- 2+ years business systems analyst experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment preferred.
- Experience interfacing with Stripe financial tool is a plus.
- Experience using or implementing Dispute Management in S4 HANA a plus.
- Experience utilizing a production support ticketing system including managing, updating, and resolving tickets.
- Experience supporting end users with technology and/or business process issues.
- Experience working with business functions to understand and map processes to functional and technical specifications.
- Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment.
- Functional configuration experience in one of the following: SAP/other ERP software and/or Salesforce/other CRM software.
- Understanding of inbound/outbound interfaces is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL Databases and ability to write/run SQL queries a plus.
- Previous experience within the consumer products industry a plus.
- Experience prioritizing multiple tasks, managing tasks, and adapting to changing environment.
