Non-Negotiables, * Lead support and administration for Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, hybrid identity, and Windows Server infrastructure

• Manage and enforce endpoint security policies through Microsoft Intune, including device compliance, conditional access, and mobile device management
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 security technologies such as Defender, MFA, Conditional Access, and identity security best practices
• Serve as the primary escalation point for all high-complexity network and infrastructure issues across LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless, and security systems
• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network solutions, including routing, switching, VLANs, and segmentation
• Install, configure, and maintain core network appliances-firewalls, switches, and wireless controllers-from vendors like Fortinet, Palo Alto, and Cisco

• You must have at least 10 years of IT support experience, with 5+ years in a senior networking or Level 3 technical role
• Expert-level knowledge in routing, switching, VPN, and firewall configuration and troubleshooting is essential
• You need strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 environments, including Intune, Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and endpoint management
• You must possess experience managing hybrid cloud infrastructure across Azure and on-premises systems
• Proficiency in Windows Server platforms (2016, 2019, 2022) and Active Directory is required
• Strong PowerShell scripting or automation experience is a must
• You must have the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and lead projects independently, * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, mobile device management, and modern workplace administration is a strong plus
• Experience supporting executive stakeholders in industries such as legal, finance, or media will set you apart
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery methodologies is highly valued
• Network management and configuration experience using tools like Aruba, Meraki, Cisco DNA, or SD-WAN is desirable
