Requirements
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n
- No minimum experience required. All experience levels will be considered.\n

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.\n
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS environments.\n
- Familiarity with VMWare, ESXI, Vcenter clusters.\n
- Familiarity with CISCO.\n
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.\n, * Experience in a helpdesk or IT support role (internships or volunteer experience count).\n
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and common IT tools.\n
- Certification such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Sec+, ITIL Foundation, or similar.\n

Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.\n

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating more complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.\n

Install, configure, and update computer hardware, software, and peripherals.\n

Assist with user account management, including password resets, account creation, and permission assignments.\n

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates, backups, and system monitoring.\n

Support IT inventory management, ensuring all hardware and software assets are properly documented.\n

Assist in setting up new workstations, including installing and configuring operating systems and applications.\n

Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.\n

Provide basic training and guidance to users on IT best practices, tools, and systems.\n

Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and enhance system performance.\n

Operate VMware, ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, vMotion, CISCO.\n

Manage Dell, CISCO, Synology, and other miscellaneous hardware.\n

Configure operating systems and network devices according to security guidelines.\n

Perform vulnerability and risk assessments using tools like ACAS, DISA STIGs, and SCAP Compliance Checker.\n
