This role offers exposure to enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, cloud technologies, and mission systems supporting aerospace and government customers., * Provide Tier I/II technical support to end-users.
- Assist with AWS cloud administration tasks.
- Maintain and ensure the functionality of workstations and user accounts.
- Support secure IT operations across a diverse technology environment.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or systems support.
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
- Foundational knowledge of AWS cloud services.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ certification.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
- Experience supporting government, aerospace, defense, or mission-critical environments.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
Benefits & conditions
This is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.
