How You'll Make an Impact
As a Senior Software Engineer on Publicis's Data Warehouse projects, you will design, build, and optimize large-scale data solutions that power our industry-leading digital marketing strategies. Collaborating with the Engineering Manager, you'll work closely with global engineering teams, delivery teams, and clients to deliver solutions that drive measurable business results.
This role is ideal for engineers who want to work at the intersection of data analytics, cloud technology, and personalized solutions. You will work with petabyte-scale data, leverage frameworks such as Spark, Databricks, and Airflow, and directly influence how global brands engage with millions of consumers. At Publicis, you will solve complex data challenges, transform raw data into insights that drive business impact, and help shape the future of digital marketing in a collaborative environment.

Requirements
Who You Are

5-8 years of data engineering experience with strong ETL/ELT design and optimization skills.

Expertise in big data processing using Apache Spark (preferably Databricks), SQL (basic & advanced), and Python.

Experience building scalable pipelines and working with large datasets (terabytes to petabytes).

Knowledge of CI/CD practices, Git workflows, and test-driven development.

Proficiency with workflow orchestration tools (preferably Airflow).

Strong communication skills with experience in global, cross-cultural teams.

Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, SparkSQL, Hive, or AWS Glue.

Familiarity with digital marketing technologies and consumer data ecosystems.

Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead solution design discussions.

Nice to have : Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).

Epsilon benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms., Compensation Range: USD $88,900.00 - USD $165,100.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
