Senior Azure Cloud Engineer

Supplier will provide Tier 1 Cloud Operations service acting as Designated Responsible Individuals (DRIs) to support platform operations, issue investigation, triage, and escalation through Microsoft systems (e.g., ICM), with a focus on maintaining platform stability and operational responsiveness

o Act as Designated Responsible Individuals (DRIs) for platform operations within assigned scope o 5- 7 years of support experience production deployment and release readiness activities o Perform issue investigation, triage, and root cause analysis o Engage in ICM ticket handling and escalation management o Provide Tier I troubleshooting support and coordinate with downstream teams o Strong powershell, scripting o Represent Supplier within CSS operational workflows and incident response processes Issues: open logs, azure monitoring, go check reports
