Job description
As a Data Center Technician, you'll work alongside experienced professionals helping build a state-of-the-art data center campus. Responsibilities include:
- Pulling and routing low-voltage cabling
- Installing and assembling server racks
- Drilling and securing rack systems
- Labeling and organizing cabling infrastructure
- Porting and terminating connections
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Supporting daily construction and installation activities
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
We are hiring Entry-Level Data Center Technicians for a large-scale data center construction project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic, construction experience, military experience, or hands-on electrical/mechanical backgrounds who are looking to build a long-term career in the rapidly growing data center industry. No telecom experience? No problem. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and grow., * Experience in a similar environments such as:

Preferred
- Low-voltage or telecom experience
- Cable pulling experience
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of CAT5/CAT6 cabling
- Data center exposure
- Electrical wiring experience, * Composite Toe Boots (Steel Toe Not Allowed)

Benefits & conditions
Typical Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
️ Overtime is common, with employees typically working 58-64 hours per week during startup phases.
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00 - $21.00/hour

This is a Contract position based out of FT Wayne, IN. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
