Job description
Ideal candidate will be supporting the building and management and continuous improvement of large Client wide performance dashboards providing insight and performance data across contracts within the DoD to help measure performance across wide areas of business and programs
Regularly help with the maintenance, development and deployment of Live Performance dashboards
Integrate data feeds from multiple source systems including learning management systems (LMS), Help desk ticketing systems, integrated master schedules, Token and License management systems and other workflows and program management systems
Support overall data health and quality assurance
Establish automated data pipelines from source systems to the dashboard with daily refresh cycles (or more frequent where technically feasible)
Validate data accuracy through cross-referencing with source system reports and manual audits
Identify and resolve data quality issues including missing records, duplicate entries, and classification mismatches
Help with creation of comprehensive data packages and quarterly / annual performance briefs
Help in creation of various systems of performance measurement from Service side, technical operations and PMO reports to identify trends and areas of improvement
Analyze token and license utilization patterns to identify underutilized allocations suitable for reallocation, high-demand wings requiring additional resource allocation, cost-sharing opportunities across participating wings and other relevant data
Support Ad-Hoc efforts and provide necessary and relevant data to help support leadership decisions

Requirements
Active DoW Secret and eligible for a Top-Secret clearance
4+ years of DoD or federal government data analytics and dashboard development experience
Proven track record building executive-level dashboards with automated data integration from multiple source systems
Must be proficient with Power BI/ Power Automate
Experience supporting performance-based contracts with KPI-driven QASP surveillance
Strong understanding of DoD data governance, security classification, and PII handling requirements
SQL query writing for data extraction and transformation
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX formulas, pivot tables, advanced charting)
Experience with DAF365 and SharePoint environments - Strongly Preferred
Excellent communications both written and verbal skills
High attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
Active Security+ce or higher IAT level II certification
