Job description
This position is an integral member of a sustainment logistics team responsible for the management of complex spare parts and support assets that enable fleet readiness for advanced aerospace systems. The ideal candidate will be a team player and a strong independent contributor, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading logistics activities that directly impact asset availability and customer satisfaction.
In this role, the selected candidate will be expected to:
- Develop and maintain and stock strategies to maximize asset availability within defined budgetary constraints.
- Determine and assign and to meet program readiness requirements while managing cost and shelf-life risk.
- Optimize , monitor usage and demand trends, and support execution of budgetary responsibilities for assigned material portfolios.
- Assist in and material planning to support program financial and operational goals.
- Conduct to identify potential supply chain disconnects and recommend mitigation actions (e.g., alternate sourcing, repair vs. replace, safety stock adjustments).
- Support by providing logistics input, validating requirements, and helping prioritize buys to align with sustainment posture and fleet needs.
- Ensure and associated logistics data are accurate and available to support sustainment activities and scheduled maintenance or modification events.
- Support the , including definition of roles, processes, and performance metrics.
- Integrate with and to align material strategies, resolve issues, and ensure coordinated support to the warfighter.
- Monitor and track (e.g., fill rate, backorders, days of supply, not mission capable for supply) and drive corrective actions as needed.
- Interface with internal functional and program organizations (engineering, supply chain, maintenance, finance) and work closely with external customers to resolve issues and communicate status.
- Support for logistics records to ensure alignment between engineering configuration and supply support structures.
Requirements
The candidate will utilize tools such as SAP and CPLM. Verbal, writing, presentation, and leadership skills are essential. Candidate will be self-motivated, work independently, and work productively within a team environment.

Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution by August 202 7

Be majoring in or having majored in a Business, Supply Chain, Project Management or related degree

Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final U.S. adjudicated government Secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time , as determined by the Company.

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher

Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)

Have experience with military aircraft maintenance or logistics experience.

Have an understanding of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) process and logistics modeling.

Have experience using CPLM and SAP
