Job description

  • Respond to and resolve business queries within the ERFT space, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Communicate with business lines and management regarding the overall status and health of applications.
  • Identify areas for improvement in monitoring, application stability, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with Technology Infrastructure and Development Teams to support releases, upgrades, and system enhancements.
  • Utilize tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, ITSM, JIRA, and others to monitor, report, and resolve incidents effectively.

Requirements

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a L3 Production Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer (Charlotte) to join their dynamic team. As a L3 Production Support Engineer / Application Support Engineer (Charlotte), you will be part of the Enterprise Risk and Finance APS supporting critical treasury portfolios. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to support and innovation, which will align successfully in the organization., * Minimum of 5+ years of production support experience in a technical environment.

  • Strong SQL and UNIX/Linux knowledge for effective troubleshooting and support.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and ITIL frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as ITRS, DynaTrace, Splunk, and scripting with Python.
