Job description

  • Seeking a hands-on Solution Architect to lead architecture strategy, modernization, and governance for the Indirect RV & Marine Lending Origination domain.
  • The architect will drive target-state solutions, lending platform transformation, enterprise integrations, and architecture governance while partnering closely with business, product, delivery, and technology teams., Domain & Solution Architecture
  • Own end-to-end Solution Architecture for Indirect RV & Marine Lending initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain:
  1. Business Capability Maps
  2. Current-State and Target-State Architectures
  3. Solution Architecture Documents o Integration and Data Flow Diagrams
  4. Architecture Governance
  5. Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions.

Lending Domain Expertise Architect solutions supporting the complete lending lifecycle, including:

  • Dealer onboarding and management
  • Customer acquisition
  • Application intake and processing
  • KYC / Identity Verification
  • Fraud prevention and controls
  • Credit bureau and CRIF integrations
  • Underwriting and decisioning
  • Pricing and offer generation
  • Stipulation and document management
  • Contract generation and e-signature
  • Funding and disbursement
  • Loan booking
  • Core banking integration
  • Servicing handoff and loan payments

Integration & Technology Architecture Design and govern:

  • Real-time, Near Real-Time (NRT), Batch, and Event-Driven integrations
  • API-first and Microservices architectures
  • Enterprise integrations with: o Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
  1. Core Banking Platforms o Servicing Platforms (e.g., XAM) o CRIF platforms and decision engines
  2. Credit Bureaus o Fraud, KYC, AML, and Payment platforms
  3. Enterprise Data Platforms

Modernization & Transformation

  • Lead LOS modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
  • Develop migration and coexistence strategies between legacy and target-state platforms.
  • Drive conversion initiatives such as Sibel * CRIF or similar Origination System migrations.
  • Support platform consolidation and lending transformation programs.

Architecture Governance

  • Produce high-quality architecture artifacts and executive-level documentation.
  • Lead architecture reviews and secure approvals through:
  1. TDRC (Technical Design Review Committee)
  2. ARB (Architecture Review Board)
  • Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Risk, and Data Governance standards.

Requirements

A strategic yet hands-on architect with strong expertise in Indirect RV & Marine Lending, enterprise integrations, cloud-native architecture, lending platform modernization, and governance, capable of driving architecture from business capability definition through implementation and production adoption., * 10+ years of technology experience with significant Solution Architecture experience.

  • Deep expertise in processes and dealer ecosystems.
  • Experience working with multi teams (various architecture functions) and clearing architecture decision through governance processes.
  • Hand-on solutions architecture recommendations, current state, application view, eco view & sequence diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale lending solutions.
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • Expertise in:
  1. API-first architecture o Microservices and domain-driven design
  2. Event-driven architecture and Kafka o Messaging and integration patterns
  3. Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift o High-volume, scalable application architecture
  4. High availability, resiliency, and performance engineering

NICE TO HAVE

  • Indirect RV & Marine Lending Origination
  • Experience with ArchiMate / iServer is a preferred skill.
  • Experience with CRIF lending, credit, and decisioning platforms.
  • Experience integrating with XAM or similar servicing systems.
  • Experience with LOS replacement, modernization, and conversion programs, including Sibel to CRIF or similar platform migrations.
  • Experience creating Business Capability Maps, Current-State, Transition-State, and Target-State architectures.
  • TOGAF, AWS, or Azure certifications are a plus.
