Insight Global is looking to add an IT Business Systems Analyst to their client's mobile provisioning and activation team. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, working closely with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and project managers to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. They will be responsible for leading requirements elicitation sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives, performing gap analyses to identify missing requirements and process improvement opportunities, and translating business needs into detailed user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria. They will facilitate requirement review sessions to ensure stakeholder alignment and collaborate with mobile development and architecture teams to refine requirements and clarify technical dependencies. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and prioritizing user stories within Jira while supporting QA teams throughout testing efforts, including test case reviews, defect triage, requirement clarification, and issue resolution. This individual will assess upstream and downstream system impacts, identify cross-functional dependencies, and develop process flow documentation depicting current-state and future-state workflows.

1-2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst within an IT organization

Experience creating IT requirements - user stories, functional, etc

Experience documenting what a stakeholder wants and researching based on information

Demonstrated understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Experience identifying system impacts, integration points, and business process dependencies

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience supporting mobile application development projects

Diagramming process flows using Visio and or Lucidchart

Experience using Jira for backlog and user story management and creation

Experience with Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)

Experience creating UML diagrams and documentation.

Familiarity with Lucidchart/Lucid for process modeling and documentation.

Experience working with SharePoint, Confluence, or other document management platforms.

Understanding of mobile application architecture, integrations, and user experience considerations
