Job description

The ICQA Specialist II is primarily responsible for testing the accuracy and quality of warehouse processes. The specific audits will be conducted throughout the facility and at off-site facilities. The position is also responsible for maintaining building RF equipment accuracy, report generation, problem resolution, and special projects as requested.

This is a temp to perm position. Candidates will interview and complete assessments to be considered. Growth opportunities within the company., The primary purpose of a Loss Prevention and Safety Associate, (LPA), is to protect the associates and assets of Ross. The LPA should proactively strive to support a Safety-first Culture, by enforcing and maintaining the company's established processes for facility safety and security and prevention of accidents and injuries. The LPA shall conduct safety audits and monitor for fire hazards. The LPA shall proactively identify and urgently resolve safety matters affecting associate safety., The LPA must respond to Critical Incidents, assess the situation, and make First Responder decisions. The LPA shall maintain post and monitor the assigned area of responsibility, conduct patrols, security audits, and utilize tools, technology, and processes for impacting shrink. The LPA shall promote prevention through awareness and work to mitigate shrink by discovery, investigation, and resolution of theft.

  • Ability to see / read fine print, * Attention to detail
  • MS Word, Math, MS Excel assessments required
  • Excellent math and computer skills

  • Must pass Math (w/calculator), Excel, Word II and 10-Key testing

You will be responsible for entering various types of information into various systems. Training provided for different systems, but basic Microsoft / keying skills necessary.

  • First shift, 7am to 3pm. Monday to Friday
  • Temp to Perm
  • $19.69 / hour
  • Casual / Warehouse environment, Pay Details: $19.69 to $21.19 per hour
