Our autonomous ride-hailing infrastructure operates 24/7/365. We are seeking a highly analytical, senior-level IT Operations Specialist to embed within our real-time Technical Operations (TechOps) Fusion Center in Las Vegas. In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between live field operations and our engineering groups. You will shadow real-time workflows, trace system dependencies, map complex technical interactions, and engineer the documentation that prevents operational bottlenecks. This isn't just a standard helpdesk position; you will be optimizing the live technical backbone of an active autonomous vehicle fleet. What You'll Do Daily Workflow Mapping & Analysis: Shadow live production operations to map out system dependencies, data flows, and infrastructure interactions within a mission-critical command center. Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with DevOps, Core Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, and Fleet Operations to identify technical bottlenecks and streamline real-time workflows. Technical Documentation: Author high-fidelity, actionable process architecture maps, runbooks, and continuous improvement recommendations for both technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders. System Triage Tracking: Actively analyze infrastructure bottlenecks, capturing data on system incidents and technical changes to build a more resilient operations environment. Requirements
Deep Technical Tenure: 7+ years of relevant technical experience in an enterprise infrastructure or IT operations capacity. Command Center Roots: Prior experience operating within a fast-paced NOC, SOC, or 24x7 real-time operations center environment. Domain Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in at least two of the following technical pillars: Networking & Systems: TCP/IP networking, routing, or systems administration. Troubleshooting: Deep web application or infrastructure diagnostic capabilities. OS Management: Enterprise Windows workstation deployment and support. Modern Tooling & Cloud Familiarity: Comfortable collaborating with DevOps teams; familiarity with cloud diagnostics, automation platforms, or system monitoring tools. Elite Communication: Exceptional technical writing skills with a proven knack for translating highly complex engineering interdependencies into clean, structured documentation.
