Noblis ESI is seeking a Senior Space Enterprise Coordination Specialist to provide support to space operations mission functions in an integrated space operations center environment located in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
The selected candidate will support mission-critical space enterprise coordination activities spanning ground segment, space segment, and network/communications integration. This role will advance joint space operations through enterprise-level coordination, joint planning support, and cross-organizational synchronization across NRO, USSPACECOM, USSF, and mission partner organizations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support NRO enterprise space operations through system integration, orbital mechanics analysis, and satellite operations coordination.
- Coordinate space enterprise activities across NRO, USSPACECOM, Combatant Commands (CCMDs) and interagency mission partners.
- Support Joint Operational Planning and Execution System (JOPES) processes and joint planning activities.
- Facilitate and support CCMD/JS planning processes and cross-command coordination.
- Support Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations planning and execution.
- Develop, maintain , and implement Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for space enterprise coordination.
- Prepare and present technical briefings and coordination products to senior government officials and mission partners.
- Support cross-organizational working groups, technical exchange meetings, and coordination forums.
- Identify and track enterprise-level dependencies, issues, and risks across the space operations enterprise.
- Coordinate with mission ground statio ns , satellite operations, and network/communications teams to ensure integrated mission execution.
- Support development of enterprise coordination frameworks, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise OR Master's degree and 11 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise OR 14 years of relevant experience with demonstrated expertise if no bachelor's degree is held.
- Degree within a relevant technical or operational field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with NRO enterprise operations including system integration, orbital mechanics, and satellite operations.
- Experience with CCMD/JS planning processes and cross-command coordination.
- Experience drafting or coordinating Joint or Interagency policy.
- Familiarity with Integrated Joint Special Technical Operations and associated processes.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information to senior audiences.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with NRO MGS/IC operations.
- Joint Professional Military Education ( JPM E ) qualified.
- Familiarity with USSPACECOM and USSF operational processes , policy, and organizational structures.
- Experience with space situational awareness and satellite operations coordination.
- Knowledge of advanced orbital mechanics and satellite operations.
- Background in multi-domain operations and joint planning.
- Experience developing and implementing TTPs in a space operations environment.
- Familiarity with IC collection management and space-based intelligence systems.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

USD $146,200.00 - USD $228,400.00 /Yr.
