Our Commodities and Global Markets eTrading and Trade Capture Production Assurance team supports critical trading platforms that help drive business outcomes across foreign exchange and commodities markets. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As an Application Support Engineer, you will help maintain the stability, performance and reliability of business-critical foreign exchange and commodities trading platforms. You will work closely with trading, operations and engineering teams to resolve issues, improve platform resilience, and enhance monitoring, alerting and automation capabilities. You will have the opportunity to support an exceptional user experience while driving continuous improvements in operational efficiency. What you offer

Requirements

  • 5+ years' of experience in application or production support within financial markets, with an understanding of foreign exchange and/or commodities trading workflows.
  • Experience supporting cloud-hosted applications in AWS, Linux or Unix environments, SQL databases, and monitoring and observability tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across APIs, electronic trading platforms, FIX connectivity and distributed systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience developing or enhancing monitoring, alerting, automation and support tools to proactively identify, prevent and resolve production incidents.
