Job description

  • Lead UX design initiatives for product features and improvements.
  • Conduct user research, customer interviews, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable product improvements.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Advocate for users by balancing business goals with usability and product strategy.
  • Participate in design critiques and contribute to the evolution of design systems and product design best practices.

Requirements

  • Upper-intermediate to fluent speaking and writing English. Able to have a real-time conversation.
  • 3+ years of full-time hands-on Product Design/UX Design experience.
  • 3+ years of full-time hands-on B2B SaaS products experience.
  • 3+ years of full-time hands-on Figma experience.
  • 2+ years of full-time hands-on User Research & Usability Testing experience.
  • Strong Product Design / UX Design experience.
  • Experience designing B2B SaaS products.
  • Solid experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Advanced Figma and FigJam proficiency.
  • Strong interaction design and information architecture skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced product environments.

Nice to Haves

  1. Experience with Jira.
  2. Experience with Pendo.
  3. Familiarity using AI tools such as Claude as part of the design workflow.
  4. Experience contributing to design systems.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
