The Implementation Manager plays a critical role in supporting the onboarding of new customers onto our software platform. The role involves elements of project management, technical support as well as training. In addition to supporting the initial setup of new customers, Implementation Managers will also support major setup changes and overhauls. Implementation Managers must have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and driven to keep deadlines and help hold others accountable. Requirements
