Job description
Looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer with recent experience building within Agentforce. This is a development-focused position, not an Architect or Lead role. The team is specifically looking for someone who can come in and contribute immediately to Agentforce development efforts within Salesforce. Agentforce is the primary focus of this role. Candidates should have experience creating and working with AI agents within Salesforce and leveraging underlying AI technologies (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.) through the Agentforce
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years of recent hands-on Agentforce development
- Strong Salesforce Cloud development experience
- Experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs
- Proven experience building and deploying Agentforce solutions
- Experience integrating external APIs and AI services
- Hands-on developer actively coding and building Understanding of AI concepts and LLM-driven solutions
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Agentforce Specialist Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Experience across Apex, UI/LWC, and integrations
- Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, or similar AI platforms
- Experience working on small teams building Agentforce solutions
- Ability to speak to real-world Agentforce implementations and outcomes
Benefits & conditions
$60/hr to $65/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
