Job description

We are seeking an Adobe Workfront Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize the Adobe Workfront platform. This role will support project management operations, improve workflow efficiency, drive user adoption, and enable cross-functional collaboration across marketing, communications, and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, reporting, workflow automation, and user support., * Administer and maintain the Adobe Workfront platform, including user access, permissions, roles, teams, layouts, and system configurations.

  • Configure and manage project templates, custom forms, task statuses, and approval workflows.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into project performance and operational metrics.
  • Build and support workflow automations and integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion and APIs.
  • Configure and onboard new users, ensuring proper access, setup, and adoption of the platform.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, respond to support requests, and maintain platform stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve campaign execution, marketing workflows, and content delivery processes.
  • Support integrations between Workfront and other enterprise platforms.
  • Document workflows, system configurations, integrations, and best practices.
  • Participate in testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
