Job description
The Cash Management Implementation Specialist I has primary responsibility for facilitating the onboarding of customers to the Treasury Management System.
Depth & Scope

Facilitates the implementation of all new Customer applications and agreements; creates, maintains and updates Customer databases

In conjunction with more experienced Implementation staff, assists with implementation calls with Cash Management Sales Team Members, Branch Managers, and Loan Officers when implementation expertise is required

Helps distribute system manuals and other documentation and informs Customers of additional Customer service availability and resources
Requirements

High School or equivalent
-
1+ Years of related experience

Strong knowledge of cash management industry, including systems, products and services

Knowledge of cash management product implementation practices, including strong systems skills

Strong Customer service skills
