Data Engineer (Junior / Mid / Senior)

We are looking for passionate Data Engineers across multiple experience levels to design, build, optimize, and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines. You will work with modern cloud technologies, primarily Snowflake, Python, SQL, and ETL/ELT frameworks, to enable high-quality, reliable, and business-ready data products. Senior engineers will also provide technical leadership, architect enterprise data solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor engineering teams., Common Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data transformation workflows.
• Build and support data ingestion pipelines from multiple data sources.
• Implement data quality, validation, and monitoring processes.
• Develop solutions using Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize pipeline performance.

Mid-Level Responsibilities (5 7 Years)

• Build robust data pipelines using Python/PySpark.
• Develop curated datasets for analytics and reporting.
• Integrate REST APIs and external data sources.
• Support metadata onboarding and governance initiatives.
• Improve pipeline scalability, automation, and performance.

Senior-Level Responsibilities (8 10 Years)

• Architect enterprise-scale Data Lake and Data Product solutions.
• Lead Snowflake platform design and optimization initiatives.
• Drive metadata management and data governance strategies.
• Work with Knowledge Graph concepts (Neo4j) where applicable.
• Define best practices for data engineering, security, and scalability.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
