Pay Rate: $48.00/hr
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of telecommunications, network infrastructure, and data center deployment projects across multiple locations.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role responsible for managing project governance, deployment schedules, field operations, stakeholder communications, risk management, and project closeout activities. What You'll Do
Project Leadership & Delivery

Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout project execution

Coordinate all project activities in accordance with approved work orders and deployment schedules

Manage project governance, administrative oversight, and operational reporting
-
Maintain accurate project schedules and deployment tracking across all assigned sites

Ensure field teams execute work according to approved Statements of Work (SOWs) and operational procedures

Support mobilization planning, deployment readiness, and site sequencing activities
Risk, Change & Issue Management

Identify, track, and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies
-
Manage Found-in-Field change requests and approval workflows
-
Coordinate commercial approvals with customer stakeholders
-
Escalate project issues and customer-impacting risks appropriately and promptly
-
Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, and quality requirements
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

Facilitate weekly client status meetings

Prepare and present project updates covering:

Completed activities
-
Upcoming work
-
Schedule performance
-
Risks and dependencies
-
Field discoveries and change requests
-
Maintain meeting minutes, action logs, and follow-up documentation

Collaborate with field engineers, customer teams, and program leadership to maintain alignment
Project Tracking & Documentation

Manage reporting activities within client project management applications and tracking systems

Maintain detailed Excel tracking tools that document
Requirements

Proven experience managing:
-
Telecommunications deployments
-
Network infrastructure projects
-
Data center implementation programs
-
Experience coordinating field deployment or decommissioning teams across multiple locations

Strong project management expertise in:

Scheduling
-
Governance
-
Risk management
-
Operational reporting
-
Experience leading customer-facing meetings and executive-level communications

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for project tracking and reporting

Experience utilizing:

Work order systems
-
Field management applications
-
Project tracking platforms (NetPal, Field Tech, or similar)

Strong understanding of operational and field safety requirements
-
Experience enforcing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) compliance procedures

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with telecommunications infrastructure decommissioning projects
-
Familiarity with central offices, colocation facilities, and data center environments
-
Experience managing Found-in-Field change control processes
-
Knowledge of project invoicing validation and milestone reporting

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
-
Experience working within highly regulated customer environments
