Job description
The ideal candidate will simplify complex financial concepts through thoughtful design and collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences., * Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Improve usability and accessibility based on user feedback and analytics.
- Contribute to design systems and UX best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
- Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools.
- Experience with user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Benefits & conditions
This role is 100% remote, 40 hours per week, 9-5 EST.
Rate range is $65-75 per hour, t4.
