Job description
The Vendor Relationship Lead supports execution of the Outsourcing strategy by owning the day-to-day coordination of labor vendors across one or more business units and capability domains including Application Development, Support, Data/AI-ML, and Product Engineering. This role ensures operational alignment between vendor delivery teams and company stakeholders, driving accuracy in intake processes, documentation, and tracking of vendor performance. The Vendor Relationship Lead works on ServiceNow-based requisition workflows, contract documentation, and vendor communications while ensuring adherence to governance processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and the ability to work across multiple systems and teams in parallel, including vendor partners, business owners, project managers, procurement, and legal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn enterprise tools (e.g., SharePoint, Conga, WF2.0) is required. Familiarity with sourcing processes and healthcare IT delivery environments is preferred.

- Contract lifecycle management tools- Conga, DocuSign CLM, SAP Ariba, or similar systems.
- Experience with workflow/intake processes- Working with ticketing or workflow systems (ServiceNow highly preferred).
