Job description
The Systems Administrator will research and apply best practice IT solutions, troubleshoot, diagnose and identify solutions to resolve system issues, and will be hands with on desktops, laptops, tablets, smart phones, servers, virtual machines, printers, routers, switches, networks, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and many more.

- Help with everything in IT from break-fix to configuring laptops to designing network maps
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration, WIFI, email, Microsoft 365 apps including Teams and OneDrive, AWS, Azure, and other company related hardware and software
- Manage user accounts and group membership with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Manage and deploy devices with Microsoft Intune
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal/external teams
- Take ownership of IT support of software and hardware issues reported, log and see problems through to resolution
- Provide technical expertise and support for enterprise applications and departmental software/SAAS solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and alignment with business needs.
- Research best practice IT solutions
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Follow up with employees to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Maintain a high level of customer service and pride in work completed
- Maintain software audits and compliance
- Document technical knowledge in the form of diagrams, notes, and manuals
- IT vendor selection and management as needed
- Perform other duties and projects assigned
- Define IT KPIs and report on them
Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years related experience
- Experience with Local, cloud, and hosted servers
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Admin experience (IAM Management)
- AI (automations, agents, etc)
- Ability to take ownership and drive projects from beginning to end, working with multiple groups effectively and on multiple projects concurrently
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
