Job description
You'll join a passionate team developing GPU-accelerated libraries, SDKs, microservices, and tools that help developers build, deploy, and scale AI-enabled applications from the edge to the cloud. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll lead all steps of the development lifecycle-from concept to model training, optimization for inference, and deployment. This contract role is integral to our Vision AI development and productization workflow, where you'll collaborate closely with engineering and product management to execute strategic roadmaps in a fast-paced, high-innovation environment., Your impact will be direct: you'll facilitate clear communication between engineering, product, and leadership, ensuring alignment on project goals, resolving dependencies proactively, and helping the team navigate the unique challenges of AI program management-including model accuracy KPIs and human-in-the-loop validation processes., n \n

Work closely with engineering and product management to deliver and drive strategic roadmap execution. \n

Collaborate on sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies. \n

Use Jira dashboards and bug database queries to generate reporting and maintain comprehensive program updates via Confluence. \n

Partner with engineering to define and improve KPIs that enhance overall execution process and deliverables. \n

Facilitate clear communication channels between all stakeholders and leadership to align project goals and resolve dependencies proactively. \n

Guide engineering teams on best practices for Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence) and agile/scrum implementation. \n
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience. \n

6+ years of end-to-end Program Management experience in a similar or related technical role. \n

Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and hands-on experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence). \n

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills. \n

Proven ability to stay well-organized and detail-oriented in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments. \n

Strong listening skills, adaptability to rapid breakthroughs, and composure amid technical volatility. \n

Ability to think strategically long-term, build consensus, and prioritize effectively to align stakeholders. \n, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
