Job description
We're seeking a Tier-2 Help Desk Support professional to provide desktop, application, and end-user IT support across office and field locations. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, printers, and assist with technology refresh projects while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide desktop, laptop, application, and remote IT support
- Troubleshoot PCs, printers, phones, mobile devices, and network issues
- Perform computer imaging, software installation, and hardware maintenance
- Manage IT assets and support technology refresh initiatives
- Resolve Service Desk tickets and coordinate with internal IT teams
- Ensure compliance with IT processes, standards, and security policies
Requirements
- Associate's degree with 3-5 years of IT support experience or Bachelor's degree in IT
- 5+ years of desktop/help desk support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Knowledge of desktop/laptop imaging and hardware support
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing technologies
