Job description
- Lead the development of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to other ServiceNow developers.
- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications.
- Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing ServiceNow implementations.
- Conduct reviews of functionality developed by ServiceNow development team and perform unit, system, and integration testing.
- Debug and fix technical problems.
- Support the development of detailed technical and functional documentation.
- Provide demonstrations of developed applications to product owners and end users.
- Participate in platform upgrade activities, including regression testing and reconfiguration.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements

Must POSSESS and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.

Minimum of FOUR (4) years of professional experience.

Bachelor's degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Ability to commute to client or corporate offices within the Tampa, FL area

Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.

Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as with App Engine and Scoped Apps.

Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST, preferred.

Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.

Experience working in an Agile environment.

Experience with ServiceNow automated testing framework (ATF).

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD) are preferred

Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST preferred.

Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications.

General understanding of financial management aspects (i.e., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management, etc.), particularly in a federal environment.

Candidates with an ACTIVE "TOP SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
