The Operations Support Manager will lead and oversee cross-functional operations across supply chain, quality, and compliance functions within Cresco's Massachusetts facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient material flow, regulatory compliance, and product quality while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with company objectives. The Operations Support Manager will serve as a key member of the site leadership team, partnering with procurement, production, quality, compliance, and logistics teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations that meet customer and regulatory requirements. CORE JOB DUTIES Operations & Supply Chain Management

Lead Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) to align demand, production, and materials.

Oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics functions.

Optimize inventory levels while minimizing cost and ensuring supply continuity.

Implement Lean materials management practices including PFEP and Kanban systems.

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reporting.

Collaborate with enterprise supply chain teams on sourcing and supplier performance.
Quality Management

Oversee quality activities including inspection, testing, and product release.

Ensure compliance with GMP and internal quality standards.

Lead investigations, customer complaints, and CAPA implementation.

Maintain audit readiness and quality system documentation.

Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to drive improvements.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

Ensure all operations comply with state regulations and company policies.

Lead audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions.

Manage documentation and reporting requirements.

Monitor inventory systems and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure compliant labeling, packaging, and traceability.
Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and develop cross-functional teams.

Drive operational strategy as part of the leadership team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, quality, or compliance.

Experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of GMP, compliance systems, and Lean practices., * Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
