Job description

We are looking for a B2B Content & Marketing Specialist who can help us build strong market awareness, create high-quality business content, support lead-generation campaigns, and work closely with our sales/BDE team.

This is not a basic social media posting role. We are looking for someone who understands B2B marketing, IT services, SaaS, CRM, content strategy, LinkedIn branding, SEO content, and campaign execution., * Create and manage B2B content strategy for CRM, SaaS, IT services, and business automation.

  • Develop LinkedIn content for the company page and founder/director personal branding.
  • Write business-focused LinkedIn posts, blogs, case studies, website content, landing pages, and campaign content.
  • Convert our project experience, demos, videos, and service offerings into meaningful marketing content.
  • Support SEO content creation for CRM implementation, Creatio, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, automation, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Create marketing material to support the BDE/sales team, including outreach messages, email templates, brochures, capability notes, and lead magnets.
  • Plan and execute 30-day and 90-day content calendars.
  • Work on campaign ideas for lead generation, awareness, and qualified meeting generation.
  • Repurpose videos, presentations, and project knowledge into LinkedIn posts, blogs, YouTube descriptions, short content, and sales material.
  • Track content performance, engagement, website traffic, campaign results, and lead quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand services, customer pain points, and industry use cases., * Audit current website and LinkedIn presence.
  • Define content pillars and target audience.
  • Prepare 30-day content calendar.
  • Start LinkedIn company and founder branding content.
  • Create initial sales support content for BDE outreach.

Month 2: Content Engine

  • Publish regular LinkedIn posts.
  • Create blogs and service page content.
  • Repurpose videos and project materials into marketing content.
  • Create case-study-style content and outreach material.

Month 3: Lead Generation Support

  • Support one focused campaign for CRM/IT services.
  • Create lead magnet or downloadable content.
  • Support BDE team with LinkedIn/email templates.
  • Track content performance, engagement, and lead quality.

Requirements

  • Strong written English and business communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B content marketing, preferably for IT services, SaaS, CRM, software, automation, or consulting companies.
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn marketing and personal branding.
  • Ability to write professional content for decision-makers such as CEOs, Founders, CTOs, Sales Heads, Operations Heads, and IT leaders.
  • Basic SEO knowledge and ability to create keyword-focused blogs and service pages.
  • Ability to create campaign ideas that support lead generation.
  • Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Canva, LinkedIn, Google Analytics/Search Console, SEO tools, email marketing tools, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work with sales/BDE teams and create content that supports outreach and conversion.

Good to Have

  • Experience with CRM, SaaS, IT consulting, digital transformation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Knowledge of Creatio, Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating case studies, whitepapers, comparison pages, service landing pages, or lead magnets.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, or email campaigns.
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation and sales funnel stages., The ideal candidate is someone who can understand our business, ask the right questions, convert technical/service knowledge into business content, and help us build awareness and qualified lead generation. We are not looking for someone who only creates festival posts, generic social media creatives, or random hashtags. We need someone who can create meaningful B2B content that builds trust and supports sales.
