Job description
Clearance Requirement: Ability to Obtain and Maintain a Federal Public Trust Clearance (Active Public Trust Preferred)Cloud & DevOps
- Support and maintain cloud infrastructure hosted in AWS and/or Azure environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments across development, testing, and production environments.
- Monitor system health, performance, and operational stability through proactive alerting and incident response.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term infrastructure improvements.
Credential Management & Identity Solutions
- Provide engineering and operational support for Intercede MyID credential management platforms.
- Support PKI infrastructures, certificate lifecycle management, and identity management systems.
- Troubleshoot smart cards, authentication technologies, credentialing applications, middleware, and drivers.
- Support HID credentialing technologies and authentication solutions.
- Administer Windows Server environments supporting credential management systems.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.

Hands-on experience with Intercede MyID and credential management systems.

Experience supporting:

PKI environments

Certificate lifecycle management

HID credentialing solutions

Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies

Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.

Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other automation tools.

Strong Windows Server administration experience.

Experience troubleshooting authentication systems, smart cards, middleware, and credentialing software.

Experience performing database administration activities related to Intercede platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Federal Public Trust Clearance.
- Experience supporting federal government environments.
- Advanced Infrastructure as Code and cloud automation expertise.
- Experience working in highly regulated or security-focused environments.
- Master's degree in a related field.
