Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and driven Quality Assurance Tech II to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural problem-solver, and someone who takes pride in the details. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Hardware Development Engineers and Test Engineers to support the integrity of our production environment. Throughout the development lifecycle, you will identify use cases, design and execute test cases, and deliver clear, actionable results. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical testing environments Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware testing, validation, or reliability engineering Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, Arduino, SOLIDWORKS, and Fusion 360 Demonstrated ability to independently execute complex test plans with minimal oversight Strong electro-mechanical aptitude with proficiency in tools, measurement devices, and data acquisition systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills The Quality Assurance Tech II is the central point of contact within the Hardware Test Engineering Team, providing critical support to Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Automation teams.
