Job description

A rapidly growing surgical robotics company is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Software to lead strategy, development, and commercialization of software solutions supporting next-generation robotic platforms.

This highly visible role will own the software product lifecycle, driving AI-enabled capabilities, connected devices, cloud-based applications, and digital solutions from concept through launch while partnering closely with Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, and Operations., * Own software product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle

  • Lead AI, connectivity, and digital platform initiatives
  • Gather Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales insights
  • Drive cross-functional product development and commercialization
  • Support product launches and customer adoption

Requirements

  • Prior MedTech capital equipment software product management experience (surgical robotics strongly preferred)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development
  • Background in AI, connected devices, cloud, or digital health preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
