Description Solution Engineering ManagerWe are seeking a Solution Engineering Manager to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise data and analytics solutions that power reporting, insights, operational decision-making, and AI-driven capabilities across the organization.This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and people management to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing data platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams, partnering with stakeholders to understand business objectives, translating requirements into actionable technology solutions, and drive execution aligned with strategic priorities.You will oversee end-to-end solution delivery-from discovery and requirements gathering through architecture, engineering, AI enablement, and production support-while mentoring and developing a high-performing engineering team.
