Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Product Owner to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered contact center solutions and various other projects. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, call center operations, engineering teams, and AI specialists, ensuring business needs are translated into actionable product requirements. The Product Owner will own and prioritize the product backlog, define epics and user stories, establish acceptance criteria, facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions, and drive Agile delivery from concept through deployment. This role will be responsible for managing stakeholder expectations, defining product KPIs, aligning priorities across multiple teams, conducting release planning, and ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate will have experience leading AI-driven products in an agile environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years as an Agile Product Owner
- Strong experience owning product roadmaps and managing end-to-end product lifecycles
- Expert-level backlog management, sprint planning, and user story creation utilizing Jira
- Extensive Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure environments Experience delivering AI/Generative AI products using tools such as Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, Microsoft Copilot, Github Copilot or similar AI platforms
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-CSPO, SAFe POPM, PMP, or related certifications
