Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for all public web pages, including product and feature pages (e.g. Ride-hailing, Micromobility, Delivery), their conversion and discoverability via the main navigation. To achieve this, you will collaborate with product designers and other stakeholders from different teams. Additionally, you will support our Brand team in designing campaign pages.
This role requires you to understand user needs, create prototypes, suggest improvements based on user behaviour and analytics, and turn concepts into high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

_Main Tasks And Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining Bolt's design language for web products and ensuring its adoption across all our domains.
- Making sure that all our external-facing web pages are aligned to our prescribed 'house style' and audience tone of voice.
- Improving solutions step by step with testing prototypes early and A/B tests constantly.
- Supporting platform engineers working in an agile environment to implement your design specifications.
- Ensuring a consistent and highly optimised user experience at all times.

- Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.

Requirements
- You have experience working on web products related to user acquisition; generating delightful 'AHA!' and 'WOW!' moments in the process.
- You're experienced in design tools and software, including Figma, Adobe. You're comfortable animating micro-interactions and building prototypes ready for hand-off.
- You have a good understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and frameworks such as React.
- You know the difference between AA and AAA WCAG requirements and how to apply them to your designs, ensuring that developers have all the necessary assets and guidelines.
- You are passionate about emerging technologies, design trends and eager to apply this knowledge to your work.
- You can communicate fluently in English and your exceptional collaboration skills enable you to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
