Job description

We are seeking an Oracle OAS/BI Developer with hands on experience designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards for Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) environments to help us support a program for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The ideal candidate will translate functional and financial requirements into reliable, performant analytics using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS), OBIEE lineage, and Oracle data models. This role supports an enterprise federal financial management environment and requires strong collaboration with functional SMEs, data teams, and EBS technical leads.

This position can be located anywhere in the Continental US

Design, develop, test, and deploy reports, dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations in Oracle OAS. Work with functional stakeholders to gather, refine, and validate analytic and reporting requirements. Customize and extend OAS RPD, subject areas, metadata layers, and data models supporting Oracle EBS financial modules. Build analyses leveraging EBS data structures (GL, AP, AR, PO, Projects, Costing, etc.). Optimize SQL queries and BI data models for performance, accuracy, and scalability. Ensure compliance with DLA/DoD data governance, security, and audit requirements. Perform impact analyses and deliver enhancements in alignment with change control processes. Support integration of OAS with EBS, ODI, and related ETL components where required. Prepare documentation, user guides, and support materials for reports and dashboards. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field. 4+ years of experience developing with Oracle OAS, OBIEE, or Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Hands on experience in Oracle EBS R12-particularly financials-and understanding of EBS data structures. Strong SQL skills, including query tuning and working with complex joins and EBS schemas. Experience with OAS repository development (RPD), subject areas, metadata modeling, and data lineage. Ability to obtain and maintain required government clearance.

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: familiarity with DoD or federal financial data environments and associated compliance standards. Knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle APEX, or PL/SQL. Understanding of federal accounting, budget execution, or auditability requirements. Oracle certifications in Analytics, EBS, or related tools.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 $176,300.00.
