Requirements
We are looking for Enterprise Systems Engineer with a minimum of 11 years' relevant experience and a Bachelors' Degree. Candidate must have experience in the following:

Experience supporting Windows Server 2016 or newer in enterprise environments.

Strong proficiency in PowerShell, including scripting, automation, and module development.

Experience with security and secret management tools (e.g., credential vaults, secure key stores, privileged access solutions).

Hands-on experience with enterprise messaging or archiving systems (Enterprise Vault, legacy archiving tools, or Microsoft Exchange).

Strong understanding of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and core Windows infrastructure services.

Experience applying security baselines, patching, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.

Ability to troubleshoot complex server, messaging, and automation issues.

Experience with Enterprise Vault administration, retention policies, journaling, or archive migrations.

Familiarity with legacy archiving systems or Exchange transport, mailbox management, and compliance workflows.

Experience with PowerShell DSC, automation frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure.

Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), backup systems, or monitoring platforms.

Certifications such as Security+, Microsoft Server/Exchange, or related enterprise infrastructure credentials.

Prior experience supporting DoD or U.S. Government customers.

Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317
