• Design, develop, and deliver scalable full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Build and maintain robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and distributed systems that support large-scale applications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical solutions, architecture standards, and software development best practices.
• Develop cloud-native applications and integrations using AWS and/or GCP services.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools and support the integration of AI/LLM capabilities into web products.
• Drive quality through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, performance optimization, and production readiness practices.
• Partner with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality features while mentoring fellow developers.

We are looking for a highly motivated Staff Full-Stack Web Engineer (5+ years) to join our dynamic and innovative Web Team. You will lead the design and delivery of a new web application infrastructure built for high availability, scalability, and performance. This is a technical leadership role - you will own architecture decisions, drive engineering excellence, mentor peers, and deliver across the full stack from React frontends to Python/Node.js microservices on AWS. Hands-on development, code quality, and a test-driven mindset are central to this role., * 5+ years of experience in full-stack web application development with a strong record of delivering scalable software products.

• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend architecture.
• Hands-on experience developing backend services using Python, Node.js, and API-driven architectures.
• Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, LLM integrations, and modern software engineering methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and technical ownership skills in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time application development.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud deployment best practices.
• Experience with AI/LLM-powered product features and integrations.
• Exposure to energy technology, IoT platforms, or large-scale data-driven applications.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a public portfolio of technical work.
