Job description

Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile platformsDeliver end-to-end UX/UI solutions, from research insights to final UI compositionsApply user-centred design principles using data and research to inform decisionsCreate and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable componentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver product outcomesPresent design concepts and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team membersEnsure design consistency and quality across all product deliverablesOrganise and manage design assets and documentation effectively

Requirements

We are seeking a UX/UI Product Designer with a strong foundation in user experience and interface design to create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital products. This role sits within Digital Sales & Marketing and focuses on bridging user needs with effective design solutions through research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-quality interface design. The individual will contribute both independently and collaboratively in an agile, cross-functional environment., Experienced in UX/UI or product design, with approximately 5 years in a commercial environmentProficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative CloudAble to translate concepts into wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypesKnowledgeable in responsive design principles across devices and platformsComfortable working in agile, fast-paced, and distributed team environmentsStrong communicator, able to present ideas clearly to diverse stakeholdersHolds a degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or equivalent practical experienceBrings a portfolio demonstrating applied UX/UI design work and delivered product featuresApplies structured thinking to decision-making and problem-solving, Advanced UX research and user-centred design methodologiesBuilding and scaling design systems and style frameworksStakeholder communication and design presentation techniquesAgile product development and cross-functional collaborationApplication of emerging design trends, including AI-supported design tools
