Job description

The Lockheed Martin Enterprise Business Transformation & Enablement organization is hiring an energetic, proactive, detail-oriented ERP Test Manager with extensive system testing experience to help with this 1LMX transformation initiative. Our portfolio includes the following key products: SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba, Oracle EPM, OpenText xECM, Blackline, and Vertex.

What You Will Be Doing: As the 1LMX ERP Test Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Executing on program testing strategy, and providing leadership and oversight for all testing phases
  • Driving automation into testing scripts wherever possible to reduce labor cost and testing time
  • Defining criteria for test acceptance and quality assurance
  • Providing testing estimates and resource staffing inputs to support program staffing and budget planning
  • Managing a team of individuals to drive testing standards, manage testing tools, and work with teams to define testing scripts and performing test execution to validate functional requirements against developed software
  • Monitoring test execution and defect resolution across all test cycles ensuring the quality and reliability of application functions/components
  • Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics to monitor/track progress
  • Communicating test results to program / executive leadership and across product teams
  • Operating within a scaled agile approach to support testing needs
  • Participating in program increment planning and managing test activities through user stories

Requirements

  • IT testing experience in a leadership capacity

  • Proven experience in test scripting, execution and automation in tools such as Tricentis Tosca or equivalent

  • General knowledge of ERP processes such as finance, sales orders, manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainment

  • Ability to lead and motivate testing teams through challenging test cycles

  • Strong communication, teaming and problem-solving skills

  • US Citizenship is required due to program requirements Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge in SAP S/4HANA

  • Working knowledge in Atlassian Jira and Confluence

  • Working knowledge in SAP Solution Manager Focused Build

  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense industry, Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Benefits & conditions

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $134,900 - $233,680. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $117,200 - $206,770. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
