Job description
Monitor and support daily ASRS and AMR operations. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cranes, conveyors, shuttles, lifts, and AMRs. Troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, drives, motors, and industrial communication systems. Support installation, commissioning, and startup of automation equipment. Maintain PM records, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting documentation. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, IT, and vendors to resolve automation issues.
Requirements
Associate Degree or Technical Certification in Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3 7 years of industrial automation or material handling experience. Hands-on experience with ASRS, AMRs/AGVs, conveyors, cranes, and automated warehouse systems. PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley/Siemens). Knowledge of electrical systems (24VDC/480VAC), industrial sensors, drives, and controls. Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings. Experience with WMS/WCS, RFID, barcode scanners, and vision systems is preferred.
